It’s 2021, and I’m trying out this new blog thingy . . . it sounds strange to me, but I am reliably informed that people want to hear what I have to say. I wonder about those people. Who are these folks who sit around reading blogs??? Aren’t people who write blogs the subject of ridicule and snarky put-downs in movies and television shows? But that’s America in 2021 - engaged in a constant love affair with the ridiculous and the inane. I suppose I have to learn to blog . . .
